Brandi McLaughlin is passionate about helping people feel healthier, happier and more confident through fitness. Her goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where everybody feels comfortable, encouraged and motivated regardless of age, size or fitness experience.
Known for her positive energy and friendly approach, Brandi’s classes are designed to make exercise enjoyable rather than intimidating. She understands that starting or returning to fitness can feel overwhelming for many people, which is why every class is built around encouragement, positivity and helping members work at their own pace.
Through high energy ((BOUNCE)) workouts, uplifting music and a strong sense of community, Brandi helps people not only improve their fitness levels but also build confidence, reduce stress and feel better mentally and physically.

Meet Lisa Tracey on the rebounder, she is an amazing part of our team! Trained in both BLAST & BELLY, Lisa brings incredible energy, positivity, and great vibes to every class. Having started her journey with us as an attendee herself, she truly understands the experience from the inside out, making her a welcoming and inspiring addition to our community.
We currently offer 4 class types; BLAST, BEATS, BELLY & BOOTCAMP, a combination of morning and evening sessions.
